By creating an account or using FireLink ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
FireLink aggregates your subscriptions, bills, orders and recurring charges in one place, using information from email receipts you connect and, optionally, read-only bank account data. It's an informational tool to help you understand and manage your recurring spending.
You must be at least 16 and provide a valid email address. You're responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your access secure. FireLink is currently invite-only.
When you connect a mailbox or bank, you authorize FireLink to access that account on a read-only basis solely to provide the Service. We never send email, post, or move money on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time, which removes the data it provided.
Don't use the Service unlawfully, don't attempt to access other users' data, and don't connect accounts you aren't authorized to use.
FireLink presents information about your own accounts. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice, and detection (e.g. whether a subscription is active or cancelled) may not always be perfect. Always verify important details with the merchant or your bank before acting.
FireLink may offer paid features in the future. If it does, pricing and any free trial will be shown before you're charged, and billing is handled by the app store. During the current beta the Service is provided free of charge.
We provide the Service "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Lothric Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on information shown in the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using FireLink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
